Deposit Policy
We require 50% of the purchase price for deposit.
We accept “Wire Transfers Only” for deposit payment.
Wire transfers are easy, fast, reliable and inexpensive.

Non-Refundable Deposit
If a client changes their mind and no longer wishes to
purchase a horse, no refund of deposit will be made.
Refundable Deposit
We would like to notify all potential clients that Early
Dawn Sport Horses will cancel the sale of any horse, at any time,
if we are not completely satisfied with the overall health, confirmation
and general development of said horse. If any of the above mentioned
conditions are present prior to your horse leaving our care the
following will take place:
1. If we are not satisfied with the overall health, confirmation,
or general development at any time prior to departing for delivery,
we will cancel the sale of this horse and refund 100% of the deposit.
If the client so chooses, the deposit maybe transfered to another
horse of their choice.
2. If the horse is injured or incurs any sickness prior to departing
for delivery, we will cancel the sale of this horse and refund 100%
of the deposit. If the client so chooses, the deposit maybe transfered
to another horse of their choice.
Deposit Transfers
We agree to transfer any deposits made by our clients to
a different horse of their choice, providing this alteration is
made prior to August 1. After this date we will not allow any transfers
of deposits to happen.
Final Payment Policy
We will require final payment of the purchase price (50%)
by August 20th, 2006. All horses
must be “Paid for in Full” before they leave our ranch. If a client
fails to provide full payment on or before August 20th, 2006, this will
result in the loss of their deposit and the right of reserve of
said horse or horses. Please contact us for the required wire transfer

Delivery Information
Note: Transportation subsidy is available to the client if choosen style of transport meets the criteria of the Naeric transportation program. (Please discuss with marketing rep.)
At the present time we will not be able to personally deliver
our client’s horse or horses. This is not possible due to the needed
extended periods of time away from our ranch. We will, however,
be happy to arrange transportation of said horse or horses if our
client so wishes. We are in contact with a number of professional
horse carriers and place the utmost trust and regard for their care
of animals while on-route. Our foals are available for delivery
in Sept., Oct. and Nov. If our clients choose us, to arrange delivery,
in most situations there will be a central delivery point where
the load of horses will land. The responsibility then lies with
the owner of said horse or horses to ensure they are available on
a specific day & time frame to pick up their new horse or horses.
The owner is responsible to present payment for transportation of
said horse or horses to the horse carrier. This payment must be
in CASH ONLY. This style of delivery will make transportation costs
much more reasonable for our clients. Prices for group deliveries
will range from $400- $800 per horse depending on the age and number
of horses being transported. This price scale is for horses transported
within Canada and the U.S.A. If the client so chooses to have said
horse or horses delivered directly to their home, the cost of transportation
to the client will increase. Costs will be quoted on each individual
situation. When the said horse or horses leave our ranch, we , Early
Dawn Sport Horses, no longer assume any responsibility or accept
any liability for sickness or injury to him or her from this time
forward. All horses will leave our care with a clean bill of health.
As I stated above, we have the utmost trust and regard for our horse
carriers and do not anticipate any problems with your horse’s care
during transport. We thank you for your interest in our horses and
